To request an appointment, please use our consultation request form. The form is in German; you are welcome to write your message in English. Alternatively, send us an e-mail with a short description of your matter, the parties involved and any deadlines.

Useful information for your first request

  • Your company or organisation and a contact person
  • A short description of the project or matter, including its location in Germany
  • The authorities, network operators or other parties involved, as far as known
  • Deadlines, for example for objections, appeals or tender submissions
  • The language in which you would like to communicate (German or English)

Please do not send confidential documents before we have confirmed that we can take on the matter and that there is no conflict of interest.

How an engagement starts

After receiving your request, we check for conflicts of interest and let you know whether we can take on the matter. We then agree on the scope of the engagement and the basis of our fees. Where we work on the basis of hourly rates or a fixed fee, we conclude a fee agreement in text form. An explanation of the German fee system is available on our page Fees.
